Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage, display — Inspector Note: Boxes of grilled chicken breast and bread was stored on the floor inside the walk in freezer. CA: Food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food in a clean, dry location where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination at least 6 inches (15 cm) above the floor.

COS: The food items were cooled down and transferred into the walk in cooler to maintain temperatures of 41F or below.
