Adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible — Inspector Note: Observed dirty pot stored directly in handwashing sink preventing employees from washing hands. Observed sponge and food debris stored in handwashing sink. C/A: A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use and a handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. COS: Pot moved to dirty dishes in 3 compartment sink and sponge moved and hand sink cleaned/removed food debris.

COS: PIC provided new roll of paper towels.

C/A: Food shall be stored covered to protect from overhead contamination. COS: PIC placed a lid on both containers.

Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized — Inspector Note: Observed employee washing and rinsing dishes in same compartment and not using sanitizer (chlorine) after washing and rinsing. C/A: Utensils and food-contact surfaces of equipment shall be sanitized before use after cleaning. COS: 3 compartment sink was set up for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing. Chlorine tested at 100 ppm (chlorine). Dishes were re-washed.
