C/A: Prepackaged sandwiches, eggs, infant formula, shucked oysters, milk, and time/temperature control safety foods that are labeled as “keep refrigerated” and that are for sale or service to the consumer or used as an ingredient in other foods shall be immediately discarded and shall not be sold, served, or used after the manufacturer’s expiration date or the sell-by date. COS: All discarded.

C/A: The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away.

Food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used — Inspector Note: Observed in-use 2-door glass RIC cold holding at above 41F in front food service area. C/A: Repair unit; ambient air temperature, water pressure, and water temperature measuring devices shall be maintained in good repair and be accurate within the intended range of use. COS: All TCS foods in unit discarded. Facility must service unit to maintain TCS foods at 41F and below prior to use.

EHS spoke to listed food manager (Frederick Fox) via phone who confirmed he is the owner and works at the facility. An additional copy shall be retained on file at the food service establishment at all times, and shall be made available for inspection by the Health Authority.
