Physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean — Inspector Note: 1. Observed rough areas, cracks, and crevices along concrete walls in front food service prep area, women restroom, and main kitchen. 2. Observed walls painted black in women's and men's restroom in lobby of facility. C/A: 1. Wall and ceiling covering materials shall be nonabsorbent, light colored, and attached so that they are easily cleanable. 2. Except in areas used only for dry storage, concrete, porous blocks, or bricks used for indoor wall construction shall be finished and sealed to provide a smooth, nonabsorbent, easily cleanable surface. *Facility must seal and finish concrete walls in all noted areas to be smooth, nonabsorbent, and easily cleanable. Black walls in restrooms must be light colored and nonabsorbent. PIC has agreed to have requirements completed by 6/26/26. * Informal (6/26/26): EHS observed brick walls sealed and restroom walls repainted white; all in compliance.
