Food properly labeled; original container — Inspector Note: Containers of white and brown sugar stored on the racks inside the dry storage areas of the kitchen was observed missing labels. CA: Food packaged in a food service establishment, that is not provided by a foodservice employee upon consumer request, shall be labeled as specified in law, including 21 CFR 101- Food labeling, and 9 CFR 317 Labeling, marking devices, and containers. 2. Label information shall include: (i) The common name of the food, or if there is no common name, an adequately descriptive identity statement.

Food properly labeled; original container — Inspector Note: Observed a box containing expired milk dated 9/7/26 stored inside the reach in cooler in the kitchen. CA: Prepackaged sandwiches, eggs, infant formula, shucked oysters, milk, and time/temperature control safety foods that are labeled as “keep refrigerated” and that are for sale or service to the consumer or used as an ingredient in other foods shall be immediately discarded and shall not be sold, served, or used after the manufacturer’s expiration date or the sell-by date. COS The milk was discarded.

Ambient air temperature was between 50°F and 60°F. No TCS food was inside prep top cooler at the time. C/A: Ambient air temperature shall be maintained in good repair and be accurate within the intended range of use.
