Observed food handler grab raw meat with gloved hand, employee changed gloves and continued handling/ prepping food. CA: Hands shall be washed after handling raw animal food. Discussed with PIC employees shall washed hands before changing gloves. COS- PIC educated employee and employee properly washed hands.
