During pauses in food preparation or dispensing, food preparation and dispensing utensils shall be stored in the food with their handles above the top of the food and the container. At the time of inspection handle of ice dispensing utensil was observed in direct contact with ice for customer consumption in ice bin at Drive thru window in the front service area. Person in charge removed said utensil and stored correctly to prevent possible cross contamination.
