CA: Advised PIC . Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under subsections (1) and (2)of this Rule. CA: PIC has been advised to provide an update with when the temperature has been lowered and provide a photo via email of the internal thermometer, PIC has been advised to discontinue storing TCS foods until repaired
