1 recorded inspectionFood and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used — Inspector Note: Observed at least two RICs in the front food service area with accumulation of rust and debris on the non food contact surfaces.
Physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean — Inspector Note: Observed large amount of floor tiles missing in front of fryer area. Also observed a large area of sealed flooring missing from area leading from front food service to the main kitchen. Advised PIC to replace/repair the missing flooring.
Physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean — Inspector Note: Observed large amount of ice buildup in walk in freezer. WIF was also holding at 15F at the time of inspection. COS: Advised PIC to repair cooling system in WIF so that it is holding at 4F or below, and do clean and remove the large ice buildup in the WIF.
Insects, rodents, and animals not present — Inspector Note: Observed one live filth fly, one live crane fly, and one dead filth fly in the main dining area.
