Nonfood-contact surfaces clean — Inspector Note: Exterior of stove, refrigerator, inside microwave, storage racks and exhaust hood are heavily soiled with accumulated grease, dust, or other debris. Also observed heavy build up of grease on exhaust hood. Advised PIC to deep clean and then increase cleaning frequency to at least weekly. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues.
