Adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible — Inspector Note: The handwashing sink was not provided with an approved hand-drying device. At the time of inspection, no paper towels, continuous towel system, heated-air hand dryer, or other approved hand-drying provisions were available at the designated handwashing sink. each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks to be provided with individual, disposable towels, a continuous towel system, a heated-air hand-drying device, or a hand-drying device approved by the regulatory authority. Provide and maintain an approved hand-drying device at the handwashing sink at all times. Ensure disposable paper towels are stocked or an approved mechanical hand dryer is installed and functioning to facilitate proper handwashing and prevent contamination of food and food-contact surfaces. Person in charge provided paper towel.

Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized — Inspector Note: Observed buildup of slime on juice dispensing machine. Discussed with the person in charge that Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Employee clean the dispensing machine. COS.
