Personal cleanliness — Inspector Note: Upon arrival, observed a food handler wearing a watch while preparing a sandwich to serve to a customer. CA:(g) Jewelry. Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. Advised Person-in-Charge a plain wedding band is the only jewelry allowed to wear while preparing/handling food.
