Those TCS food items were: a small container of pancetta, ham, raw chicken, meat sauce and cooked penne. CA: Except during preparation, cooking, or cooling, or when time is used as the public health control, time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F (5°C) or below or 135°F (57°C) or above. COS: PIC voluntarily discarded the TCS food items as all the TCS food items were prepared on 5/31/26.

CA:A plumbing system shall be repaired according to law and maintained in good repair. Discussed with PIC to repair the faucet as soon as possible.

CA: Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with: Individual, disposable towels; A continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel. COS: PIC restocked with the hand drying provision right away.
