Adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible — Inspector Note: Observed no hand drying provision at the back are handwashing sink. CA: Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a hand drying provision (i.e. paper towels, etc.). Discussed with PIC to keep hand washing sinks stocked with a hand drying provision, such as paper towels.

Adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible — Inspector Note: Observed the handwashing sink located in the front prep area blocked. The PIC stated that there is an issue with the handwashing sink and that it backs up when used. CA: A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. Discussed with PIC that this sink needs to be accessible and functionally properly so that employees are able to wash their hands at this sink as needed.
