Posted: Permit/Inspection/Choking Poster/Handwashing — Inspector Note: OBSERVATION: Food service permit is not posted in the facility for public view. CA: 1. Post the permit in a location in the food service establishment that is conspicuous to consumers. A copy of the food service permit was printed while onsite and given to the PIC.

Posted: Permit/Inspection/Choking Poster/Handwashing — Inspector Note: OBSERVATION: Inspection report is not posted in the drive thru. CA: 2. Food service establishments with drive-thru windows will post the current inspection report, and also have the inspection report posted so that a minimum of the top one-third of a copy of the current inspection report is visible through each window allowing customers to easily read the score, date of inspection and establishment information. Discussed with PIC that the inspection report for the interior shall be posted within 15 feet of the door, between 5 -7 feet from the floor and wihtin 1 foot readable distance.

In-use utensils: properly stored — Inspector Note: OBSERVATION: Scoop handles observed in contact with the products (in the ice machine and bulk sugar). CA: scoop handles shall be stored out of contact with food products. COS- scoops readjusted.

Utensils, equipment and linens: properly stored, dried, handled — Inspector Note: OBSERVATION: Clean food containers stored on the drainboard of the 3 compartment sink observed wet nesting. CA: In a self-draining position that allows air drying; Discussed with PIC to allow clean and sanitized items to completely air dry before stacking.

Utensils, equipment and linens: properly stored, dried, handled — Inspector Note: OBSERVATION: Ice bucket observed on the floor near the ice machine. CA: (i) In a clean, dry location; (ii) Where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and (iii) At least 6 inches (15 centimeters) above the floor. COS: Bucket was relocated to the 3 compartment sink to be washed->rinsed->sanitized
