Adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible — Inspector Note: Observed a handwashing sink in the kitchen obstructed by a box making it difficult to wash hands. Additionally, observed a handwashing sink in the bar area obstructed by a strainer. CA: A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. COS: PIC voluntarily removed the items from both sinks.

Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized — Inspector Note: Observed two soda gun dispensers in bar area, which one of them had a small amount of black mold-like residue and the other soda gun had a large amount of black mold-like residue. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. COS: PIC removed the nozzles right away to have them cleaned and sanitized.
