CA: Hot water generation and distribution systems shall be sufficient to meet the peak hot water demands throughout the food service establishment. Provide evidence of repair to inspector by 10/30/25

Insects, rodents, and animals not present — Inspector Note: Observed drain fly larva under fallen rubber coving and adult drain flies around mop sink and dry food storage area. CA: Using methods, if pests are found, such as trapping devices or other means of pest control; and eliminating harborage conditions. PIC cleaned larva found under fallen rubber coving with bleach solution. Advised PIC to notify pest control services of drain fly issue and to repair rubber coving.
