Adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used — Inspector Note: Observed a phone laying on the cutting board of the prep top cooler. CA: Lockers or other suitable facilities shall be used for the orderly storage of employee clothing and other possessions. COS: PIC voluntarily put the phone away in the area where there is not possible food contact surface contamination. PIC voluntarily sanitizer the cutting board and washed hands before preparing food.
