In-use utensils: properly stored — Inspector Note: Observed ice scoops stored (1) on counter top and (2) in bin with handle touching the ice. CA: Utensils shall be stored in the food with their handles above the top of the food and the container; OR In a clean, protected location if the utensils, such as ice scoops, are used only with a food that is not time/temperature control for safety food. COS: PIC acquired containers for ice scoops and instructed staff on proper storage
