This indicates a potential plumbing or wastewater issue that must be evaluated and corrected by a licensed professional to prevent unsanitary conditions. Corrective Action: Person-in-charge advised to contact a licensed plumber immediately to identify and repair the source of the odor. Restroom and affected areas must remain clean, sanitary, and free of sewage odors. Sewage shall be conveyed to the point of disposal through an approved sanitary sewage system or other system, including use of sewage transport vehicles, waste retention tanks, pumps, pipes, hoses, and connections that are constructed, maintained, and operated according to law.
