CA: light bulbs shall be shielded, coated, or otherwise shatter-resistant in areas where there is exposed food; clean equipment, utensils, and linens; or unwrapped single-service and single-use articles.
Insects, rodents, and animals not present — Inspector Note: A large hole (about 2inches wide) as well as gap at the bottom of the back exit door was observed. CA: Outer openings of a food service establishment shall be protected against the entry of insects and rodents by: Filling or closing holes and other gaps along floors, walls, and ceilings; Solid, self-closing, tight-fitting doors.
