Observed cooked noodles overfilled inside a plastic container inside the walk in cooler. COS: person in charge separated the food into smaller portions; and placed in the walk in cooler to which is to rapid cool; discussed with person in charge the prep top equipment will only maintain the temperature that it begins with.
