Wiping cloths: properly used and stored — Inspector Note: Observed wet wiping cloth stored on prep top counter outside of sanitizer bucket. Wiping Cloths, Use Limitation (C) (m) Wiping Cloths, Use Limitation. 1. Cloths in-use for wiping food spills from tableware and carry-out containers that occur as food is being served shall be: (i) Maintained dry; and (ii) Used for no other purpose. 2. Cloths in-use for wiping counters and other equipment surfaces shall be: (i) Held between uses in a chemical sanitizer solution at a concentration specified under DPH Rule 511-6-1-.05(6)(n) PIC placed wet wiping cloth inside sanitizer bucket with sanitizer concentration of 100ppm chlorine.

Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, cleaned — Inspector Note: Observed trash receptacles in the women's restrooms without covered lids. Toilet Room Receptacle, Covered (C) (h) Toilet Room Receptacle, Covered. A toilet room used by females shall be provided with a covered receptacle for sanitary napkins. Discussed with PIC, that the women's restroom needs to be equipped with covered trash receptacles.

Adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible — Inspector Note: Observed no paper towels at hand sink upon arrival. Hand Drying Provision (Pf) (b) Hand Drying Provision. Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with: 1. Individual, disposable towels; Pf PIC added paper towels to the hand towel dispenser near the hand sink.
