Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food.
Physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean — Inspector Note: Observed debris accumulation underneath shelves and grease on countertops. Facility needs to move equipment to clean areas.
Insects, rodents, and animals not present — Inspector Note: Observed a gap at the drive thru window. Window needs to be sealed properly to prevent the entry of pests.
Hands clean and properly washed — Inspector Note: Observed employee pick up sliced cheese off the ground and change gloves without washing hands in between. COS employee removed gloves and washed hands.
