Can Openers (C) (g) Can Openers. Cutting or piercing parts of can openers shall be readily removable for cleaning and for replacement. COS: Food service employee moved the piercing portion of can opener to 3 compartment sink to be washed and sanitized while another food service employee started cleaning the can opener holder.
