Adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible — Inspector Note: Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed hand washing sink blocked by trashcan and kegs. The handwashing sink was obstructed by a trash can and stored kegs, preventing immediate access for employee to wash hands The Person in Charge (PIC) was notified during the inspection and instructed to immediately remove all obstructions from the handwashing sink area. The trash can and kegs were relocated to ensure the sink remained unobstructed and fully accessible at all times.
