Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized — Inspector Note: Observed food contact surfaces not being properly sanitized. Sanitizer for 3 compartment sink and sanitizer buckets were observed at 10 ppm chlorine. COS. Chlorine raised to 100 ppm. Advised pic to keep sanitizer at 50 ppm to 100 ppm.

Proper cold holding temperatures — Inspector Note: Observed serval items in the prep top cooler and double door cooler being stored above 41 F. Items included raw chicken, cooked beef, cheese, and spicy chicken. Advised pic to keep TCS food items at 41 F and below. COS. Removed all food items form double door cooler and relocated them to other coolers. Raw chicken, raw beef, and cooked beef were put on ice bath. Double door cooler needs repair.
