Nonfood-contact surfaces clean — Inspector Note: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Observed a heavy build-up of grease on sides of deep fryers, on food preparation counters, doors and sides of all refrigerators and exterior of dry food storage containersin kitchen. PIC was advised to frequently clean equipment to avoid accumulation and to send pictures via email of cleaned equipment by 7/22/26.

Observed a heavy accumulation of grease on floors under and behind deep fryers in kitchen and accumulation of old food particles and debris along floor/ wall juncture through out the establishment. PIC was advised to frequently clean said areas to avoid accumulation and send pictures of cleaned areas to inspector via email by 7/22/26.

Observed one bowl of uncovered chopped lettuce being contaminated by liquid from condenser directly above food item dripping directly onto said food item in 2-door reach in refrigerator in main kitchen. Person in charge discarded said food item.
