Insects, rodents, and animals not present — Inspector Note: outer openings of a food service establishment shall be protected against the entry of insects and rodents by: (i) Filling or closing holes and other gaps along floors, walls, and ceilings; (ii) Closed, tight-fitting windows; and (iii) Solid, self-closing, tight-fitting doors. Observed rear door to establishment not protected from the weather and the entry of insects and rodents. Permit holder is advised to close gap at bottom of rear exit door by 5/11/26 and email pictures to inspector via email.

Food shall be safe, unadulterated, and honestly presented.Observed four (4) bottles of assorted alcohol with multiple fruit flies in direct contact with alcohol for customer consumption stored on liquor display shelves in bar area. Corrected on Site: Food workers voluntarily discarded said food items.
