Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage, display — Inspector Note: Observed bottles stored directly in the ice inside the ice machine. CA:Ice Used as Exterior Coolant, Prohibited as Ingredient. Ice may not be used as food after it has been used as a medium for cooling the exterior surfaces of food such as melons or fish, packaged foods such as canned beverages, or cooling coils and tubes of equipment. PIC has 24 hours to discard ice and can not use ice inside ice machine. ice machine must be washed rinsed and sanitized before use.

Observed raw shell eggs stored directly next to and stored above ready to eat foods. CA: Food shall be stored according to the internal cooking temperature. Raw animal food shall never be stored directly next to/ touching ready to eat foods. COS- Education provided and PIC separated food according to the internal cooking temperature.
