Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized — Inspector Note: Observed Chlorine “sterasheen” solution at 3-compartment sink at 0ppm. Owner stated that staff member did put some in there it was but low concentration. COS: sink was remade and 2scoops were used to make 50 ppm concentration at 3-compartment sink.
