Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized — Inspector Note: Observed buildup of slime in the interior of ice machine. Observed excessive accumulation of slime-like residue on the interior surfaces of the ice machine. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Discontinue use of the ice machine immediately. Discard all ice currently stored in the machine. Clean and sanitize the interior surfaces of the ice machine to remove all residue and contamination. The ice machine shall not be used or replenished with ice until cleaning and sanitizing have been completed and the unit is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
