Adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used — Inspector Note: Observed condensation from the A/C unit dripping onto beer containers during the time of inspection. CA: Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning, System Vents. Heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems shall be designed and installed so that make-up air intake and exhaust vents do not cause contamination of food, food-contact surfaces, equipment, or utensils. Beer containers were relocated, and the A/C unit leak was repaired during the time of inspection.
