Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized — Inspector Note: Observed lite build up in the interior of ice machine. CA: food contact surfaces shall be cleaned regularly and by sight and touch to prevent build up. COS- PIC started to melt ice and stated the ice machine will be cleaned and sanitized before use.

CA: All food contact surfaces and nonfood contact surfaces shall be cleaned regularly and by sight and touch to prevent build up. COS- PIC stated they will remove equipment that is not in use and moved other dishes to the dish machine to be cleaned and sanitized.
