Adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible — Inspector Note: Observed the handwashing sink in the main kitchen area being used for purposes other than handwashing, with food debris present in the basin. Handwashing facilities must be maintained accessible and used for handwashing only at all times. Corrective Action: Person in charge removed the food debris from the hand sink during the inspection and discussed proper use of designated handwashing sinks with employees. Sink was cleaned and returned to proper use at time of inspection.
