CA: The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and by methods that prevent contamination of food products. Discussed with PIC to clean the area as soon as possible.

Adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used — Inspector Note: Observed no protective light bulb shielding on the light fixture above the walk in freezer. CA: Light bulbs shall be shielded, coated, or otherwise shatter-resistant in areas where there is exposed food; clean equipment, utensils, and linens; or unwrapped single-service and single-use articles. Discussed with PIC to purchase the light shielding.
