In-use utensils: properly stored — Inspector Note: Observed Ice scoop stored in the ice bin with the handle touching the ice. (CA) Advised the PIC that the ice scoop needs to be stored in a manner so that the handle is not touching the ice. In food that is not time/temperature control for safety food with their handles above the top of the food within containers or equipment that can be closed.
