CA: Advised PIC to label food items. Ensure items not in its original container are labeled as to its content.

Utensils, equipment and linens: properly stored, dried, handled — Inspector Note: Observed food containers wet stacked in the main kitchen warewash area. CA: Advised PIC that food containers should be placed in a self-draining position that allows air drying after being cleaned.

Response procedures for vomiting & diarrheal events — Inspector Note: Observed failure to produce a clean up kit for vomiting and diarrheal events. CA: PIC was emailed the clean up procedure for the use of bleach. (6) Responding To Contamination Events. Food properly labeled; original container — Inspector Note: At the time of the routine inspection, observed no food labels on food containers in RIC of the main kitchen. CA: Advised PIC to label food items. Ensure items not in its original container are labeled as to its content.

Posted: Permit/Inspection/Choking Poster/Handwashing — Inspector Note: observed the establishment failed to have a valid food service permit. CA: Legal notice was issued to the PIC to pay for the valid food service permit.

Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized — Inspector Note: Observed several scoops resting in the food that is in the containers. Several of the scoops were saturated in the contents of the containers (Flower, Sugar, Starch etc.). COS: PIC removed all scoops and had them cleaned and sanitized.
