Proper eating, tasting, drinking, or tobacco use — Inspector Note: Observed reusable cups in food handling area. CA advised PIC beverages need to be in a designated area in a single use cup. Employees shall consume food only in approved designated areas separate from food preparation and serving areas, equipment or utensil areas and food storage areas. However, drinking from a single service beverage cup with a secure lid and straw that is handled to prevent contamination of the employee’s hands, the container, exposed food, clean equipment, utensils and linens, unwrapped single-service and single-use articles will be allowed.

Physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean — Inspector Note: Observed unit temperature of 42F. All cold hold units shall be able to hold correct temp of 1F or below. CA-MOD will call for repair immediately

Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized — Inspector Note: Observed a buildup of pink and black substance ion baffle of the ice machine. IAl food contact surfaces shall be cleaned to sight and touch. CA-MOD will dispose of ice and clean machine at close tonight
