Food properly labeled; original container — Inspector Note: Observed 4 items in the bakery outside of their original container that did not have the common name of the food. COS PIC discarded.

Food in good condition, safe, and unadulterated — Inspector Note: Observed 3 dented cans of white cannelini beans. Observed 3 dented black eyed pea cans. Observed 1 bloated fruit cocktail can. COS: PIC placed these cans in the dented can section of the main kitchen for credit and threw away the bloated can. Advised PIC to have the rest of the cans checked to ensure their safety.

Ca: advised pic to add consumer advisory to menu next to all food items that can be served raw or undercooked.
