Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized — Inspector Note: observed pink and black mold like substance inside ice machine. All food contact surfaces shall be cleaned and sanitized frequently to prevent possible contamination. CA: Advised PIC to train staff on deep cleaning ice machines periodically.
