Washing fruits and vegetables — Inspector Note: Observed fruit and vegetable being washed and sliced in the 4 compartment dish sink. CA: Advised manager to wash fruit and vegetables in the prep sink immediately. 511-6-1.04(4)(g) - Washing Fruits & Vegetables (Pf) (g) Washing Fruits and Vegetables. 1. Except as specified in paragraphs (g)2 and 3 of this subsection and except for whole, raw fruits and vegetables that are intended for washing by the consumer before consumption, raw fruits and vegetables shall be thoroughly washed in water, in a sink designated for that purpose only, to remove soil and other contaminants before being cut, combined with other ingredients, cooked, served, or offered for human consumption in ready-to-eat form.
Posted: Permit/Inspection/Choking Poster/Handwashing — Inspector Note: Observed the most current inspection report is not prominently displayed in public view, within 15 feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor or in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away. CA: Manager shall display inspection report in all three windows, (in public view of both drive through windows and the walk up window. 511-6-1.02(1)(d) - Displaying of the Inspection Report (C) 1. The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away. 2. Food service establishments with drive-thru windows will post the current inspection report, and also have the inspection report posted so that a minimum of the top one-third of a copy of the current inspection report is visible through each window allowing customers to easily read the score, date of inspection and establishment information.
Food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used — Inspector Note: Observed Hood filters on grill not equipped with a drip tray. CA: Advised manager to obtain a drip tray for the hood filters within 30 days. 511-6-1.05(1)(a) - Materials, General Requirements (P, C) (1) Materials. (a) General Requirements. Utensils and food-contact surfaces of equipment shall be made of materials that do not allow the migration of deleterious substances or impart colors, odors, or tastes to food and under normal use conditions, and shall be: P safe P, durable, corrosion-resistant, and nonabsorbent. In addition, materials shall be sufficient in weight and thickness to withstand repeated warewashing and shall be finished to have a smooth, easily cleanable surface. Materials shall be resistant to pitting, chipping, crazing, scratching, scoring, distortion and decomposition.

Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices — Inspector Note: Observed leaking pipe at the faucet of the 4 compartment dish washing sink.
