Physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean — Inspector Note: Observed walk-in cooler digital temperature reading below 40F on the outside while the ambient temperature (and the thermometer) reads 48F. Observed Walk-in cooler and front service cooler unable to cold hold at 41F or below. CA: PIC will lower the temperature and will call for service. (5) Maintenance and Operation. (a) Good Repair.
