Posted: Permit/Inspection/Choking Poster/Handwashing — Inspector Note: Observed an expired food service permit and a lack of the last food score posted in the front of the establishment. CA advised PIC to post the most current food permit and inspection report.

Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained, used; test strips — Inspector Note: Observed no testing strips for chlorine. A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L of sanitizing solutions shall be provided. Pf PIC shall purchase chlorine test strips

CA: Advised PIC the premises shall be free of items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the establishment, such as litter or equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used and litter.
