Physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean — Inspector Note: Observed a section of the ceiling left open following a water leak repair, exposing the HVAC line. CA: PIC will ensure the ceiling is properly covered and repaired to maintain the facility in good condition. b) Utility Lines. 1. Utility service lines and pipes may not be unnecessarily exposed. 2. Exposed utility service lines and pipes shall be installed so they do not obstruct or prevent cleaning of the floors, walls, or ceilings. 3. Exposed horizontal utility service lines and pipes may not be installed on the floor.

COS: PIC relocated all food items to the walk-in cooler to maintain proper cold holding temperatures. f) Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food, Hot and Cold Holding.
