Food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used — Inspector Note: Observed several plastic cutting boards in poor repair. Corrective action - PIC advised that new cutting boards would be purchased. 511-6-1.05(2)(c) - Multiuse Food-Contact Surfaces (Pf) (c) Multiuse Food-Contact Surfaces. 1.
