Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized — Inspector Note: Observed the back ice machine in the prep kitchen with black mold like substance on the metal deflector plate. CA: PIC was advised to discard the ice and clean and sanitize the ice machine. PIC shut off the ice machine. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.
