Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained, used; test strips — Inspector Note: Observed Three compartment sink that did not dispense the required amount of sanitizer at the time of inspection. CA advised PIC to have maintenance come and adjust the sanitizer levels, so it meets the appropriate levels.

Physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean — Inspector Note: Observed excessive build-up of ice on the floors of the walk-in freezer due to a leakage. CA advised PIC to have maintenance come and repair the freezing unit to prevent possible contamination and keep the unit in good repair.

CA: Advised PIC food packaged in a food service establishment, that is not provided by a foodservice employee upon consumer request, shall be labeled the common name of the food, or if there is no common name, an adequately descriptive identity statement.

CA: Advised PIC The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away.

CA: Advised PIC A food establishment shall have written procedures for employees to follow and an EPA registered disinfectant effective against Norovirus available on-site at the food service establishment when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involve the discharge of vomitus or fecal matter onto surfaces in the food service establishment.
