Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage, display — Inspector Note: Observed an employee placing/prepping an open box of nacho chips on a trash can located near the fryer. COS: PIC immediately discarded the chips and moved the box to a table. (t) Food Preparation. During preparation, unpackaged food shall be protected from environmental sources of contamination.

PIC mentioned the leak has been ongoing for approximately two weeks and is still active as of this inspection.
