(a) Good Repair. All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. PIC will place a work order for a repair.

Dead or trapped birds, insects, rodents, and other pests shall be removed from control devices and the premises at a frequency that prevents their accumulation, decomposition, or the attraction of pests. The last treatment evidence from facility was in July, 2025. PIC instructed to have pest control company treat the whole facility. PIC swept dead roaches off.

PIC instructed to put a weather strip or repave the door concrete to close the gap.
